Yo si estoy de acuerdo en que abran las bibliotecas mas tiempo durante las épocas de examenes (incluso las de septiembre o julio según sea el caso).
Respondiendo a SNATAX, el coste económico no es problema con un buen planteamiento. En otras ciudades que conozco, por ejemplo en León, la universidad abre una biblioteca y una sala de estudio 24 hr, las cuales están vigiladas únicamente por un guardia de seguridad (no bibliotecarios ni otro personal, con el guardia es suficiente), es decir, coste... tan solo la luz, puesto que el guardia está durante todo el año.
En Las Palmas de Gran Canaria la Universidad y el ayuntamiento tiene salas de estudio durante todo el año abiertas 24 hr. Las cuales abiertas por becarios de la universidad que prefieren ese horario por los motivos que sea (no por obligación, yo tenía amigos en estos puestos). Coste.... igual, la luz. ¿realmente es tan alto??? además no digo que se habran las bibliotecas enteras puesto que eso también me parece exagerado debido a que el número de estudiantes nocturnos es bastante mas bajo. Pero ni tu, ni yo ni nadie elegimos en que horario rendimos mejor, nos encontramos mas cómodos o simplemente necesitamos para estudiar (no por estar 24 hr. abierta vas a estudiar 24 hr., pero si elegir el horario en el que mejor rindes)

¿No crees que repites varias veces lo que pides y no aportas ningún argumento?. En Salamanca hay varias bibliotecas que amplian su horario en periodo de exámenes, pero habéis considerado el elevado coste que conlleva para algo que no es tan terriblemente necesario. A fin de cuentas, todos sabemos que no puedes estudiar 24H diarias.
